1. Can I place an order without having to create an account?

Yes, you can! All you have to do is continue shopping on our website and once you are ready to place your order, use the ‘guest checkout’ option and just provide the required details. You have the option to create an account, but it’s not necessary.
For a better shopping experience, we do recommend creating an account on so that you can benefit from the additional features on the website.

2. What are the methods of payment?

We accept K-Net and Credit Card.

3. Do you make custom arrangements?

Yes, we can make just about any arrangement you wish for. As long as you provide us with your flower selection and the type of arrangement you are looking our experienced florists will start working on your custom order.
The cost of the arrangement will depend on your requirements and the florist’s recommendation to have a nicely designed one. This will be communicated to you before we proceed with finalizing the arrangement.

4. Can arrange flowers for events?

Yes, we can arrange flowers for events such as weddings, exhibitions, Birthdays, receptions, hospitalities, DJ’s, chocolate trays arrangements, Daza and any events that require floral arrangements.
We also provide floral arrangements that are needed on a regular basis. We are confident that we can meet your expectations and needs.

5. What should I do if I made a mistake while ordering?

If you placed an order through and realized that there has been a mistake in the information you provided, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Changes can be made as long as we are notified 2 hours in advance of an order being delivered. If the order has been sent out for delivery, then it will be late for any changes to be done.

6. What happens after I place my order?

You will receive a confirmation email with your order number and details and our team will receive your order details to start working on.

7. Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to locations all over Kuwait. ( Abdaliy and Wafra Areas charges 10 KD ) request at least a one day before . We are also an agent of a worldwide delivery company (teleflora), where you can send your flowers outside Kuwait.

8. Can I place an order for store pickup?

Yes, just make sure select the option on the checkout page.

9. What if I don't have the full delivery address?

We will contact the recipient using the phone number you provided to make sure the delivery arrives to the intended person.

10. What if the recipient is not home at the time of delivery?

We will contact the recipient using the phone number you provided and we will arrange with them another delivery time if they were not at home.

11. How will I know that my order has been delivered?

You will receive a WhatsApp, text or email confirmation letting you know that your order has been delivered.
You can always email us or call us to inquire about the status of your order.

12. How soon will my order be delivered?

To serve you better and to make sure your arrangement is delivered on the desired date and time, we ask that you place your order at least 24 hours prior. If you need your order delivered sooner, we will try our best to do so.

13. Are there any extra charges?

The total price you see on this page is the final price you will be charged. It includes any possible delivery or service charges.

14. How secure is your site?

We use the latest technologies and management systems to ensure that your information is and other data are stored in an encrypted form.

15. By what time do I need to order if I want same day Delivery?

Last order for same day delivery is at 7:00pm.

16. Can I decide the time of delivery?

On the checkout page you will have the option to select the delivery date and time range.

17. What are your delivery hours?

Our delivery hours are from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm.
